Dialogue

Dialogue

Dialogue has been part of Spiritan life since missionaries first crossed cultures and faiths to bring the Gospel to Africa and the Islands. SCCAI members meet regularly to reflect together on the challenges facing the Church and to help circumscriptions articulate a common Spiritan voice on questions that affect the region.

Dialogue Between Circumscriptions

Superiors and formators from across Africa and the Islands meet every two years to share experience, strengthen solidarity, and coordinate common projects, keeping open lines of communication between meetings through the Executive Secretary.

Interreligious Dialogue

Living alongside communities of other faiths across the continent, Spiritans in formation are encouraged to grow in openness to interreligious dialogue, so that our missionary presence builds bridges of respect and understanding wherever we serve.
